The world’s best leaders, from Bill Clinton to Richard Branson, aren’t flawless ‘all-rounders’. They have two or three outstanding strengths - spikes.
They expose, exploit and capitalise on these to set them apart from the rest.
The ongoing obsession with our limitations and weaknesses starts at school and continues through our working lives.
Our strengths seem to be sometimes forgotten as we all are encouraged to be that unattainable ‘perfect’ performer. Nobody is or can be flawless, but we can all be brilliant at something.
But what are you great at and how can you use this to your own competitive advantage? How will this change your views of your own leadership style; as well as your views on your colleagues and teams?
During this webinar, leadership guru René Carayol will explore the reasons why the leaders and organisations who focus on their Spikes do better than those who focus on their weaknesses; and offer advice as to how you can discover your own outstanding strengths.
He will cover
- What is Spike all about and why is it so important now?
- The power and simplicity of the Strengths-based Revolution
- How Spike can help positively transform individuals, teams, and businesses
- Insights and pragmatic tips and tools on how to identify your Spikes
- How to enable your own Spikes whilst collaborating with others who have complementary Spikes to yours
- Explaining how developing your Spikes can boost your leadership credentials
- Demonstrating that the Spike philosophy is a shift in mindset, not another methodology
