Standing out from the crowd: creating your own development journey
A huge amount of focus is placed on finding the right organisation, profiling yourself and being successful through selection processes. But once you’re in, then what?
With the rise of alternative views on talent development, structured career paths, defined progression and traditional high potential programmes are no longer guaranteed.
During this exclusive webinar, we will explore how you can take responsibility for driving your own development, creating your own leadership purpose and working towards the career and life you’ve defined.
The webinar will be presented by Laura Wigley, Global Director of Learning and Talent, Dorchester Collection.
