Employers Forum 2016

Gathering of business people in front of an image of the globe highlighted by a ray of sunshine.

The Employers Forum, now in its fifth year, is designed to facilitate dialogue between prospective and established MBA employers and representatives of AMBA-accredited international Business Schools, enabling delegates to increase their professional network and share best practice about MBA recruitment trends.

The forum will offer Business Schools the opportunity to gain more of an insight into the needs of the MBA employment market. For employers, it will provide information about the MBA qualification, how it is innovating to meet business needs and the contribution that MBA qualified staff can make within organisations.

The event will launch with Peter Cheese, Chief Executive of the CIPD, sharing his views on the changing business context and the impact this is having on the skills that employers are looking for. Other key sessions will discuss:

  • Hiring the workforce of the future
  • MBA corporate recruitment strategies
  • MBA enrolment trends

Employer representatives who have already registered for the 2016 Employers Forum include: Accenture, American Express, CBREHilti, JobbioL'Oréal, Microsoft and Network Rail.
