Leading International Projects: Best Practices for Success

Man presenting idea to colleagues sitting at desk

Please note that the date for this webinar has recently been changed. It will now take place on 05 December between 13.00 – 14.00.

Large global corporates today spend billions of pounds running international projects, most of which are highly strategic and mission critical to the organisations future success. Yet it is well documented that international project teams often struggle to collaborate and deliver results as efficiently as possible. Different mentalities and approaches to international project work can lead to serious breakdowns in communication and team effectiveness.

In this webinar, Bob Dignen draws on his own experience as a trainer and coach for those working in international projects. He will reference case studies from Leading International Projects, the exciting new management publication from Kogan Page which presents the experiences of actual consultants and senior project management professionals and their reflections on projects that they ran.

The webinar will examine the core challenges of international project leadership, and outline practical solutions.
