The Mission of the MBA Programme: To cultivate professional managerial talents those not only master finance and law but also possess expertise and social responsibilities.
The Mission of the EMBA Programme: To cultivate industry leaders who are deeply rooted in China with global vision.
The values of MBA education are shaped: “Responsible, Open, Cooperative, and Innovative”. Being “responsible” means the School must be responsible for students, faculty, staff, peers, and the society; being “open” means the School should conduct research and education with the global vision; being “cooperative” means that the School attempts to create a win-win environment for its strategic cooperative partners (mainly enterprises), the government, and its rivals; being “innovative” means that the School is supposed to keep exploring new approaches, new methods, and new modes of MBA education by following the changes of the society.
The strategy of the School is to cultivate the core capacity featuring “professionalism and differentiation” via implementing the overall measures of “Innovation-driven principle, Three-tiered mentors, School-Enterprise Ally, Integrative learning, and Life-time service”. “Innovation-driven principle” is the primary element for realizing the strategy of the School.
The School is seeking the orientation and motivation for development via innovation so as to keep introducing new patterns, new courses, and new teaching modes and better satisfy the demands of students and clients, and thus the characteristics of the programmes are manifested. For instance, by following “innovation-driven” principle, the School hold Degree Classes, EDP Training Classes with the themes like “Law and Business Management”, “Asset Appraisal”, “Modern Tertiary Industry”, and “State-Owned Agricultural Reclamation Enterprise Transformation”, etc, embodying the characteristics of MBA and EMBA programmes.By following the principle of “Innovation-Driven”, the School nationally initiated “3S MBA Classes”, which incorporates the disciplines and training modes of the army into MBA teaching, aiming at cultivating students’ fine qualities such as strong-will, perseverance, discipline, order, and implementation, etc, and laying a solid foundation for their professional manager career. Nowadays, the School is holding “MBA Innovative Management Experimental Class” with YFOC. “Three-tiered mentors” means that offering “academic mentor, thesis mentor, and career planning mentor”. “School-Enterprise Ally” is an inevitable choice of the School to put into practice the notion of “Integration of resources, Development with features”.
The School established cooperative ties with a number of nationally privileged enterprises such as Dongfeng Motor Co, Ltd., Gree Electric Appliance Inc., Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, Daqing Petrol Administration Bureau, YFOC, Xinhua Insurance Company, Shandong, etc. to foster application-oriented and customized talents with regional and industrial characteristics. “Integrated Learning” refers to the integration of MBA course contents, learning process, and teaching resources, etc., which leads to the “Interrelated, Interdisciplinary, and Inter-industrial” learning mode. “Total Service” refers to that the School tracks down students’ specialized knowledge learning, career planning, plan design and consultation, and emergency rescue, etc., from the date of their entrance to that of their graduation and even during their whole career period.

During the past five years, the number of students who apply for MBA School has reached more than 1000, in 2012 the application number of the students has reached 1563, the highest in Hubei province.
