A Masters in Business and Management (MBM) may be right for you if you are interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree in business and management, but do not have the necessary postgraduate work experience to study on an accredited MBA programme (the minimum requirement is three years).
MBM degrees do not require the same level of work experience as an MBA, but they are still designed to equip students with managerial and leadership skills that will improve their practice and establish a successful career in business management.
All of the MBM programmes that we accredit offer a high level of quality across all aspects of their provision.
Until recently we used the term Pre-Experience Masters in General Management (PEMM) to describe these programmes. The name change to Masters in Business and Management was made to provide greater clarity, but all programmes that were awarded our PEMM accreditation continue to be accredited by the Association as MBMs.
