The need for change is becoming even quicker and more radical, in this session insights from the Language and Behavioural Profile (LAB Profile) will be used to identify the typical patterns of behaviour that people display when they are resisting change. You will discover what is motivating their behaviour and what will motivate them to shift and move on. There will be a number of interactive exercises to investigate our own motivational patterns and you will gain valuable insights that throw light on your own language patterns.

Throughout his career, James Espey has been involved in the creation and/or building of a number of global brands - Bailey's Irish Cream, Malibu, Johnnie Walker Blue Label and The Classic Malts, to name a few. For the past 10 years James has had a portfolio career as a non executive director/consultant, sitting on a number of boards, including currently AG Barr PLC (Irn Bru), Fuller Smith & Turner PLC (London Pride) and Whyte & Mackay.
James has recently launched his own minnow whisky company, The Last Drop Distillers Limited (www.lastdropdistillers.com) selling very rare and old limited edition whiskies. He also has his own website www.jamesespey.com and some of his philosophy is incorporate therein.

James is very direct and says what he means and means what he says. He has had some notable successes but also some interesting failures and he is more than happy to share these experiences with you.
